5 Simple Diet method you should Try

Already there are so many kinds of diet and also the tricks to be thin. But, most people forget if the diet is actually a way to be healthy. Not just to be skinny. Well, because the aim to be thin, sometimes you feel bored and tired.

You even feel compelled to eat vegetables in large quantities. In fact, we prefer to eat-good food such as pizza, and more. But, you do not need to worry. Here's several tips and tricks so that dietmu does not feels so agonizing.

1. No need to dizzy counting how much meat or fish you should consume in a day or even every meal. You simply measure it alone. Take the usual dishes you wear to lunch. Then, set the food you eat. Composition, 1/2 vegetable, 1/4 of the plate contains proteins, and 1/4 part again to beans or containing wheat.

2. Do you like pizza? Than feel pressured and forced to avoid the foods that you like better, you just add a big bowl of vegetables. For example, you eat a pizza baking sheet, then after that, eat salad. so you still get the fiber even though eating pizza.

3. from snacking on pastries, better you choose beans that are not fried. Any nuts. Such as soybeans, peanuts are boiled, or cashews.

4. Whenever you wake up, drink plain water. After that, do not directly drink coffee. You better make that green vegetable juice mixed with fruits. Drink this juice every morning.

5. Don't get stressed out just because of the diet. You need to pamper yourself. For example, every day of the week, you can eat the ice cream, or go to a cafe with a sweet chocolate drink.
